Walk, Nov 19

OK, Ladies... post here if you walked today!

I did 1 mile at 1:30 this morning and another mile just now! That's TWO miles for this out of shape but getting fitter lady!

Every time Kathy is not in the weight room (well, almost every time), I lose weight! BUT, the next week when she comes back, I gain. And yes, I generally have someone to verify my weight. Well, as you know, I lost 3 pounds this past week when Kathy was not there (Rita verified it). Now, I'm going to try my best to make sure I lose weight again this coming week when Kathy will be back. I need to link two losing weeks together!

SOOOOOO.... I'm going to do yet another mile this evening!

Kyle - great job - keep it up - I know you can do it!

I walked 30 minutes today - and an hour and 45 minutes yesterday -

I plan on doing another hour and fifteen minutes tonight!!!

I know that's how we both lost years ago - let's repeat history!

Everyone else - come on - join us - you will feel sooo much better!

Girls sounds like you both are doing GREAT!!!!! Vicky are you ding all that walking on the treadmil???? or as Kyle calls it the dreadmill!!! Ha Ha what a name!!! i walked 2 miles yesterday BUT ive slacked some tonite have a tummy ache OR maybe its just an excuse???? Keep your walking up girls and i will try and compete with yous!!!!! Oh yes, I got another mile in during Life (dumb show... I can walk during it!)

Let's see who the first one to start the thread for tomorrow will be... I might stay up and walk at 1 AM again!

Can you see your hip bone yet?

I walked really good earlier in the week - the last couple of days I walked and shopped - hope that counts!

Today - I plan on at least 45 minutes of just walking and exercising -

Rita - I don't have a dreadmill - just walk circles around the house as I listen to the TV - sooo - Rita get to that walking or exercise - we all have seen what a difference it makes in you!! You've came a long way baby! Everyone else - join in!
